DESCRIPTION
With over 11 years experience in commercial and residential installation/service in both New York and Ohio, we have a real love for what we do.
Our sole proprietor, Stephen Schlesinger, is an alumnus of The West Side Institute of Technology, where he received a degree in building engineering. He retains an Ohio State HVAC contractor’s license and retains an EPA universal certification, to handle all refrigerants. He is both insured and bonded. With over eleven years residential/commercial installation and service experience, he still goes every year to continuing education lectures to keep current in his field.
With a fully equipped sheet metal shop, we are capable of fabricating all of the necessary duct work for our installs in a quick and professional manner. This lowers the cost of a total job and eliminates mark ups from high priced sheet metal shops. We in turn pass these savings on to our customers.
For our larger jobs which require extra manpower, we subcontract the work while overseeing the project start to finish insuring our quality remains.
As a member of the BBB, we have never received a single complaint from any customer.
