Since 1971 we have steadily developed a solid reputation as one of the areas most reliable and knowledgeable companies in the air-conditioning business.
Our area of expertise encompasses residential, commercial and industrial applications and we cover an area from Miami to Port St. Lucie. On any given day we may be carrying out preventive maintenance at a Palm Beach mansion with 6 or more top of-the-line systems; installing a mini-split system into a tiny apartment with barely any room to put it, or organizing the installation of hundreds of city mandated roof stands onto dozens of high rise condominiums during a multi-million dollar re-roofing project.
We also work closely with several property development and management corporations to cool shopping centers, restaurants and office complexes. We also partner builders in the design and construction of a variety of buildings including doctor’s offices, restaurants, leisure complexes, mixed retail / residential projects etc.
With the life expectancy of an air-conditioning contractor in S. We are proud of our commitment to correctly determining the correct size air conditioning system to fit the building. Statistics show that 75% of all equipment is incorrectly sized which can result in among other problems: excessive humidity, high electricity bills, poor cooling, sweating or dripping grilles and mold.
