DESCRIPTION
D and M Heating is a full service heating and air conditioning company providing repairs, maintenance and installation of all types of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems.
We provide emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We highly recommend purchasing an annual maintenance agreement that provides regularly scheduled maintenance of your equipment and discounts for any emergency breakdown services that may become necessary.
D and M Heating was established in 1979 and is still operated by one of the original owners.
We take great pride in our work and it shows. All repair work carries a one year part and labor warranty. All repair costs are quoted "up front" before repairs are made. Most repairs are completed on first visit.
We provide a free energy survey for replacement systems. Your current and future needs are analyzed for maximum savings.
We provide services for boiler (radiant) systems, ductless split systems and all gas heating equipment (no oil).
Most residential installations are completed in one day.
We secure required local permits, arrange for electric work, duct cleaning, oil tank removal (if needed) and plumbing work (where required) for our installations.
