"Mr. Ginn came to our home to replace two defective light switches in our kitchen. The difficulty was that both switches were behind travertine face plates that were grouted in place.
His work was absolutely superb. He was able to cut the grout out around the face plates without damaging the expensive tile job and replace one of the switches. When he began to replace the second switch, he first troubleshot the issue and discovered that the second switch worked fine. We can’t say enough about his work and professionalism.
